About The Position

BMW of Fort Lauderdale has an outstanding opportunity for a BMW Product Genius to join our team. This role involves educating customers on product specifications, features, and benefits of all BMW models, conducting needs analyses to identify the best solutions, and managing the test drive process. The Product Genius will maintain a high level of product knowledge within the dealership, support Sales Consultants throughout the sales process, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product usage, technology, and functionality.

Requirements

Highly motivated with a strong enthusiasm for BMW and a passion for technology.
Enjoys learning and sharing knowledge about innovative automotive technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience representing a luxury or prestige brand, or in product/marketing roles, preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not mandatory.
