About The Position
BMW of Tigard has an outstanding opportunity for a Product Genius to join their team! This role involves informing customers on product specifications of all BMW products and features, conducting need analysis with customers, managing the test drive process, maintaining a high level of product knowledge within the dealership, and supporting Sales Consultants during the sales process. The Product Genius will also serve as the main point of contact for customers to answer any questions about products, including usage and functions.
Requirements
- Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for BMW as well as a high affinity for technology
- Enjoys learning about innovative technologies
- Excellent interpersonal/customer skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to work well with others
- Must be able to work weekends
Nice To Haves
- Experience representing a luxury/prestige brand OR product/marketing is preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Informing customers on product specifications of all BMW products and features
- Conducting the need analysis together with the customer
- Managing the test drive process
- Keeping the product knowledge within the dealership at high level
- Supporting the Sales Consultants during the sales process
- Being the main point of contact for the customer to answer any questions about products including usage and/or functions
