About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Product File Analyst to join our data management team. In this role, you will champion data integrity across our electrical distribution network. You will actively monitor operational reports and system queues to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies. Your work directly impacts procurement accuracy, supplier relations, and overall branch productivity.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well independently and within a team.
- High motivation, a strong willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in large datasets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the Purchase Order (PO) Variance Queue and resolve discrepancies swiftly.
- Audit Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) queues for purchase order errors and implement corrections.
- Analyze the daily recalculation report to ensure systemwide data consistency.
- Resolve incoming internal support tickets via the Zoho ticketing system to assist branch associates.
- Partner with the rebates group to complete data validation and administrative tasks.
