Product Experience Intern
About The Position
The tms Summer Internship Program aims to build an inclusive program that offers hands-on experience working with clients and cross-functional teams, promotes networking and relationship-building opportunities with industry leaders, mentors, and peers. The program provides interns with the opportunity to integrate across various business units and departments at tms, while focusing on team-building and strengths-building. Interns will take part in real client projects and work with other interns on a Capstone project to be pitched to the agency at program end. Interns will also have the opportunity to participate in various panels, lunch & learns, and group activities focused on career tips, guidance, and best practices, aiming to foster the minds of future talent.
Requirements
- Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate
- GPA: 3.0 or higher
- Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Resourceful and a proactive self-starter
Responsibilities
- Dive into front end and back end technology solutions that help bring digital experiences to life.
- Craft user journeys alongside strategy, UX, development, and creative teams.
- Support digital product lifecycles and roadmap development.
