As an Executive Director of Product Management in the Connected Commerce, Wallets and Lending team, you will lead the vision and development of next-generation payment platforms, driving innovation and building seamless digital commerce experiences for Chase customers. You'll lead a high-performing team of product managers, foster a culture of collaboration and learning, and partner across technology, design, and analytics to bring bold ideas to life at scale.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in product management within financial services
  • Experience building and scaling customer-facing products in payments or money movement
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change within large, matrixed organizations and manage stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Strong passion for understanding customer needs with a proven ability to build scalable platforms
  • Ability to think strategically while diving into execution-level detail to ensure successful delivery
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, engineering practices, and Agile product development methodologies
  • Proven track record of managing risk and controls in a product environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product line, aligning stakeholders across the organization
  • Conceptualize and build platforms and products from 0 to 1, driving development from ideation through scale
  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of motivation, innovation, and collaboration
  • Manage executive stakeholder relationships and deliver regular updates on product strategy, progress, and performance
  • Partner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to lead end-to-end product development efforts
  • Translate features and requirements into clearly written documentation for engineering teams
  • Monitor product performance against goals, identify enhancement opportunities, and develop remediation plans as needed
  • Manage product backlog, production support, issue and defect resolution, and prioritization
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning with cross-domain stakeholders, managing requirement intake and prioritization
  • Collaborate with Risk, Controls, Legal, and Compliance partners to maintain a strong risk and controls environment
