About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Environmental Compliance Coordinator to support our Product Environmental Compliance program. In this role, you will help ensure products comply with global environmental regulations by managing compliance data, coordinating supplier communications, supporting project activities, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, has advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, third-party compliance providers, and suppliers to support critical environmental compliance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in data management, project coordination, compliance support, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, Data validation and analysis, Report creation and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with suppliers or third-party vendors.
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance regulations such as: RoHS, REACH, WEEE, POPs, California Proposition 65.
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with product compliance, quality, manufacturing, or regulatory environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, extract, reconcile, and maintain environmental compliance data from multiple systems.
  • Analyze large datasets and generate reports to support compliance tracking and business decisions.
  • Create, organize, and maintain dashboards, reports, and project documentation.
  • Submit and manage compliance evidence through third-party compliance platforms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and validate environmental compliance documentation.
  • Research and respond to customer, sales, and internal environmental compliance inquiries.
  • Review, update, and maintain compliance documentation and technical records.
  • Support investigations involving compliance issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate project activities, monitor deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support ongoing compliance initiatives.
  • Prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
