Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in product content management, ecommerce, or retail.
• College or University degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, or other).
• Proficient with digital tools and comfortable using a PIM (Akeneo), DAM, or similar systems.
• Strong interest in fashion, outdoor gear, and technical product features.
• Rigorous, autonomous, and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of HTML and SEO.
• Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage product enrichment in the PIM (Akeneo) to ensure information consistency and quality.
• Develop deep product knowledge to validate and contextualize data according to customer needs.
• Collaborate with partner brands to obtain the assets required for compelling product pages.
• Perform quality control on all published information using Akeneo's validation workflows.
• Work with Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology teams to improve category performance.
• Identify and resolve issues related to content quality and customer feedback based on clear priorities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of enrichment processes and product data.
