About The Position

Texas Instruments is seeking an Engineering Section Manager. Generally, the second-highest level engineering position in the factory, this role reports to the Engineering Branch Manager, and oversees and provides leadership to lower-level engineering managers and supervisors within a particular engineering 'section'. In this role, you will oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. You may also ensure the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs. Acting as liaison with engineering in releasing new products is a central to this role. Key responsibilities include developing systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10 years of experience in Product Engineering at the Device/Wafer Level.
• 1 year of leadership/management experience
