About The Position

As a Founding Product Engineer, you'll own the end-to-end experience of our agentic marketing/creative platform, from how users interact with our AI agents to the frontend infrastructure that powers what they see. This is a ground-floor opportunity to define the product surface of a new category of software. You'll make major product and technical decisions, and shape both the user experience and engineering culture. This isn't a role where you build to spec. You will define what we build, how it works, and why it matters to the user.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals and can build across the stack, with a bias toward shipping product that users love
• Can take a vague problem and turn it into a clean, opinionated product experience without hand-holding
• 1-3+ years of software development experience
• Comfortable working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, and agent architectures — or are excited to go deep fast.

Nice To Haves

• You've built and shipped your own projects, side hustles, startups, open source, whatever
• You have experience building products for non-technical users
• You're comfortable being opinionated about product decisions, not just executing on specs

Responsibilities

• Define and build the user experience for our agentic marketing platform — how marketers interact with AI agents, consume insights, and take action
• Build and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and quality as the product surface grows
• Prototype rapidly in code — turn rough ideas into working interfaces that we can test with design partners the same week
• Deploy frontend code to production and own it end to end, from component architecture to performance in the browser
• Work directly with power users to understand workflows and translate them into intuitive product experiences
• Ship constantly. Move fast, iterate quickly, and maintain high code quality
