Product Engineer (Senior/Staff)

PalletSan Francisco, CA
$175,000 - $265,000Onsite

About The Position

Pallet is seeking Product Engineers to bridge the gap between customers and their AI platform. This role involves customizing solutions for enterprise clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build their AI product from the ground up. Product Engineers at Pallet will work directly with leadership to shape the future of logistics AI, influencing product direction and owning features from idea to deployment. The role requires a strong understanding of customer operational pain points and the ability to translate these into reliable, scalable software solutions. This is an opportunity to be among the first Product Engineers at Pallet, with genuine influence over product direction and full ownership of features in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.

Requirements

  • Strong backend and systems engineering fundamentals
  • Experience owning core product or infrastructure in a SaaS or platform environment
  • Someone who thinks about reliability, performance, and architecture, not just shipping
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment
  • Excited to be in the office 5 days a week in SF's Financial District or our NYC satellite office
