As a Product Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by providing support to develop new raw materials for existing products in the manufacturing facility, designing and covering experiments on production equipment, leading and/or contributing to various cross functional teams/ projects to deliver the business operating plans, project planning, management and implementation, participating in continuous improvement project initiation, leadership, execution and measurement, and providing support for new product scale-up and commercialization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) AND two (2) years of engineering, research and development, or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND six (6) years of engineering, research and development, or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Experience working in a healthcare or medical device manufacturing environment, including familiarity with regulated manufacturing settings (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA‑regulated environments).
  • Experience preparing and delivering technical information through written documents (e.g., reports, procedures, work instructions) and verbal presentations or discussions with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and progressing multiple technical workstreams independently, including planning activities, coordinating inputs, and delivering defined technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to develop new raw materials for existing products in the manufacturing facility
  • Designing experiments and covering experiments on production equipment.
  • Leading and/or contributing to various cross functional teams/ projects to deliver the business operating plans
  • Project planning, management and implementation
  • Participating in continuous improvement project initiation, leadership, execution and measurement
