As a Human Resources Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading or coaching employees during projects, training/mentoring new employees within functional disciplines such as benefits, compensation, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, operations, etc., and determining priorities and responsibilities to ensure success. Recruiting, screening, and recommending candidates for hourly and salaried positions, and conducting employee orientation programs. Initiating and leading projects , linking steps to business strategies, and ensuring objectives and deadlines are met. Applying analytical skills for interpreting trends or data from company reporting systems and other information collection systems. Providing advice and instruction regarding policy and procedural inquiries and conducting salary reviews with appropriate recommendations. Managing salary administration programs and writing/updating employee handbooks. Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND two (2) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND six (6) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding experience
  • Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to root-cause problems and quickly articulate creative, practical solutions
  • Proven track record as a self-starter, collaborative, and team player
  • Collaborator with excellent oral and written communication skills
