About The Position

As a Product Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will provide product support for existing products and future NPIs in the manufacturing facility, lead and/or contribute to various cross-functional teams/projects to deliver the business operating plans, and participate in continuous improvement project initiation, leadership, execution and measurement. You will also manage documentation of product cost, quality, process understanding and specifications, and provide support for new product scale-up and commercialization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND two (2) years of combined experience in product engineering, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and/or manufacturing maintenance in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) AND six (6) years of combined experience in product engineering, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and/or manufacturing maintenance in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Three (3) years of product/process/quality engineering experience in a manufacturing setting in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience in data analytics and statistics
  • Experience collaborating directly with customers to solve and analyze problems
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self starter with the ability to work on a wide range of technical challenges

Responsibilities

  • Providing product support for existing products and future NPIs in the manufacturing facility
  • Leading and/or contributing to various cross functional teams/ projects to deliver the business operating plans
  • Project planning, management and implementation
  • Participating in continuous improvement project initiation, leadership, execution and measurement
  • Manage documentation of product cost, quality, process understanding and specifications.
