About The Position
The Product Engineer II role focuses on hands-on resolution of technical issues impacting product yield or throughput. This position involves technical interfacing with suppliers, analyzing field return failures, and applying root cause problem-solving methodologies. The engineer will drive continuous product improvement projects, lead new product introduction teams, and maintain daily communication with the production team to ensure all technical issues are addressed. Additionally, the role includes participating in customer visits and teleconferences, as well as developing and maintaining documentation.
