MACOM is seeking a Product Engineer II to support New Product Introduction, manufacturing release, production test, and sustaining engineering for complex RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave module products at our Nashua, New Hampshire facility. The Product Engineer II works with increasing independence and owns well-defined product engineering activities from initial characterization through production release and sustaining support. This engineer combines knowledge of RF product performance with practical experience in test development, data analysis, yield improvement, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between the engineering laboratory and production environment. One day may involve characterizing an RF module, debugging a fixture, or correlating two test systems. The next may involve analyzing a yield excursion, improving a test method, reviewing manufacturing documentation, or coordinating corrective actions with a cross-functional team.
