About The Position

Alaro is building the next generation of legal services, operating as an AI-native law firm. The company aims to leverage AI and data to transform the legal industry, which traditionally lags in technological adoption. Lawyers at Alaro spend less time on repetitive tasks and more on critical thinking and achieving better outcomes. Alaro was founded in April 2025, securing $2M in pre-seed funding and $7M in seed funding from a top-tier US VC. The product is actively used by the firm's lawyers, ensuring a direct feedback loop between product development and practical application. The company emphasizes a fast-paced work environment where progress is prioritized, but quality remains paramount. They foster a culture of high ownership and flexible schedules, trusting employees to manage their time effectively and take responsibility for their work. The company operates on an AI-native principle, integrating AI into all aspects of its operations, including its codebase and workflows, to facilitate human-agent collaboration. Alaro adopts a remote-first approach, maintaining close alignment through regular meetings and in-person gatherings for strategic planning and team building.
