Requirements

  • Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript, and ability to pick up other languages.
  • Built real features on LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
  • Daily use of AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor, and experience with agents doing autonomous work.
  • Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship them without waiting for direction or approval.
  • Experience moving fast under deadline while leaving extensible foundations for other engineers.
  • Earned credibility with experts outside engineering (finance, legal, recruiters, auditors) and driven software adoption within their real deadlines.
  • Demonstrated product taste, with interfaces that are obvious to users and workflows that match actual work processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build the hiring machine as software, automating recruiting systems, making interviewer supply and load visible, and generating onboarding upon offer signing.
  • Build the company's cash view by turning purchase orders, contract terms, and build milestones into an order schedule, cash demand curve, and payment schedule.
  • Build one capital pipeline from approved budget to released capital to spent dollar, gated on build milestones, with automated proof chains for financing drawdowns.
  • Parse MSAs, change orders, and side letters into obligations, prices, deadlines, penalties, and SLAs to provide delivery leads with necessary information and streamline contract management.
  • Embed with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people teams to turn their approvals, contract terms, and reconciliations into structured data and generated work, including a continuous close process.
