About the position
The job overview for this role is to work as part of the Customer Engineering team at Alchemy, a leading blockchain developer platform. The main responsibility is to ensure a great user experience for customers and maximize the value they get from the platform. This involves managing customer relationships, onboarding new customers, resolving issues and requests, and using customer feedback to inform product development. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and be able to work with different parts of the business to deliver results for customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with customers from the start to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Set up customers for ongoing success
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer questions, problems, and requests
- Use first-hand knowledge of customers to inform the product roadmap
- Work with all parts of the company to ensure the product meets customer needs
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Shape feedback into product decisions
Requirements
- Technical background
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with multiple sides of the business
- Knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus
