Product Director - Finance Data
About The Position
The Product Director will lead product management for Capital One’s Finance Data North Star, a horizontal product team focused on evolving the Finance data ecosystem. The team is building data capabilities that empower Finance to produce, consume, and manage data throughout its lifecycle, supporting financial reporting for lines of business, regulators, and investors. The role calls for proficiency across Capital One’s five Product Framework areas: human-centered design, business-focused execution, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The Product Director is expected to use these capabilities to drive product outcomes and organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience.

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
