About The Position

Invoca is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead its Data and Intelligence Product Team and build the data foundation behind its AI agents. The role owns the team’s product vision and roadmap, connecting data ingestion and standardization with consumer and business context for agents and insights that drive customer action. This is a player-coach position: the director directly owns the Data Platform product and manages two Product Managers responsible for Consumer Profile and Knowledge & Context Services, and Data Visualization and Insights. The director works closely with engineering, AI engineering, data science, security, product teams, and go-to-market leaders, and reports to the EVP of Product. The role is remote-first and open to candidates based within approximately a two-hour drive of specified U.S. metro areas; occasional business travel may be required. The U.S. base salary range is $250,000–$325,000, with bonus and/or commission eligibility where applicable and participation in the company stock option program. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and location. U.S.-based teammates receive health benefits starting on their first day of employment.

  • Track record of remaining hands-on with the hardest problems in the role’s own product domain.
  • Hands-on experience owning a data platform product, including ingestion, pipelines, data modeling, data quality, and governance at scale.
  • Fluency with modern AI and agent data technologies and concepts, including retrieval, vector stores, memory, knowledge extraction, evaluation methods, and context engineering.

  • Demonstrated experience defining data contracts, including schemas, APIs, versioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience in enterprise, multi-tenant environments where privacy, consent, security, and compliance are core constraints.
  • Background in engineering or computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience building complex data systems.
  • Track record of taking ownership of an ambiguous, fragmented, or underperforming area and establishing clear direction.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to align engineering, AI, product, and GTM stakeholders and present strategy to executives.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
