About The Position

This role involves working under general supervision to develop and support new catalytic products within a cross-functional team. The engineer will be responsible for developing test plans, analyzing gathered data, and creating mathematical models from this data. Key activities include characterizing and validating new product offerings, assisting with bench tests, field trials, product launches, and providing new product support. The position also entails developing and maintaining application guidelines for catalytic products and assisting engineering in designing catalytic systems for challenging applications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
3-7 years of experience in a technical engineering role
Experience writing technical documentation and presentations
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong desire to learn, explore, problem solve, and troubleshoot
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

Emission control catalyst design, operation, application or testing
Gas turbine or reciprocating internal combustion engine design, operation, or application
Project management, product management, or program management
Sheet metal fabrication procedures such as cutting, forming, or welding
3D modeling and 2D drawings (SolidWorks preferred)
