The Product Development Engineer will independently plan and perform experiments to support new product or technology feasibility testing. This role involves critically analyzing experimental data, synthesizing evaluations of product and technology feasibility, and documenting ideas and concepts in an R&D Notebook. The engineer will report experiment results to R&D management and peers, advise on product development implications, and prepare technical reports as needed. This position also supports the company's intellectual property strategy by documenting data and patentable ideas. Responsibilities include maintaining scientific equipment, adhering to good laboratory practices (GLP), and interfacing with engineering for experimental designs and testing.
