About The Position

BCI, a leader in the women's fashion industry since 1975, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Development Coordinator. This role supports product development through strong operational execution, focusing on data and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency within a collaborative, creative environment. The ideal candidate will manage product data across PLM and ERP systems, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain seasonal product libraries.

Requirements

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• PLM experience (Centric preferred)
• ERP Experience (Exenta preferred)
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and maintain accurate product data across PLM and ERP systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are accurate and complete
• Create, maintain, and update seasonal product libraries, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Communicate product information and updates to vendors and overseas partners to support seamless execution
• Distribute materials and product updates to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Support style adds, drops, and revisions while ensuring clean and accurate hand-offs to Production
