About The Position

Premier Brands Group Holdings is a global leader in apparel, jewelry, and accessories design. They are looking for a Product Development Associate to join their team. This role involves facilitating communication between design and production/factories, ensuring accuracy in garment and trim details, and managing sample tracking. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience in apparel industry
• Must have experience handling fabric and trim
• Communication between overseas vendors and suppliers, production, design departments
• Generation of accurate production trim detail sheets and labelling details
• PLM knowledge is required

Responsibilities

• Problem solving and ability to initiate and implement change when needed
• Facilitates the process by acting as communication liaison between design and production/factories regarding garment and trim details
• Demonstrate attention to detail and high level of accuracy when proof reading of trim details, tech packs and design information
• Resolve trim related questions between suppliers, production and design departments
• Has knowledge of brands requirements for various accounts
• Approval of all packaging and labelling layouts for all brand’s accounts
• Work with design /sales/technical/production to execute final production trim sheets
• Track all design samples including proto, SMS, photoshoot, QA, and Ad samples from sample rooms
• Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
