As the second Product Designer at Pogo, you'll help lead the product design and creative direction for our new consumer insights product, which allows brands/retailers to connect with millions of purchase-verified consumers. This platform will ultimately be used by some of the largest companies in the world. You will design core product experiences end-to-end, from early exploration through launch and iteration for our up-and-coming B2B platform and consumer app with 3 million users (and growing). You will craft polished, delightful interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our data and AI technology, paying close attention to details like layout, typography, spacing, color, motion, and interactions. You will help define the product roadmap and lay the foundations for our design language, systems, and culture. You will find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, startup environment. You will be one of two designers, working cross-functionally with engineering and GTM.
