About The Position

Temper is an agentic integration platform for the real economy. Specialized AI agents handle the full lifecycle: gathering requirements in plain English, generating integration code, testing, deploying, and keeping integrations alive in production. When something breaks, the agents fix it. We have paying enterprise customers and real integrations running in production. There's more demand than we can keep up with. Seed-funded with over $8M raised. Earliest team of under 10. You'd own two product surfaces: Agentic UX, the interface where people and coding agents build integrations together (think conductor.build), and Platform UX, the mini-cloud our integrations run on (think Vercel or Railway), covering deploys, runtime, observability, and logs. You design it and you ship it. Design engineer means exactly that.

• Plugged into agentic and HCI design.
• Know what good agent UX feels like.

• Own design end-to-end across the agentic ADE, the platform, and the brand.
• Set the design language every future hire builds on.
