The company is looking for a Product Designer to contribute to the development of their mobile and web experiences, aiming to create engaging and thoughtful user experiences that reflect TruckSmarter's human-centered values. Requirements

4+ years of experience.
Experience designing for a native mobile app.
Practice empathy and understand how designs will impact users.
A problem solver who loves a challenge.
Ability to not hold biases too closely and understand when to compromise.
Works well in a collaborative environment and is willing to show work frequently.
Curiosity about how AI is changing creative workflows and excitement about using it.

Responsibilities

Work with the Design Manager on various initiatives across mobile and web experiences.
Craft meaningful experiences that are engaging, thoughtful, and reflect TruckSmarter's values.
Provide and solicit feedback from peers to continually raise the bar for quality.
Work cross-functionally with the team to shape the product from strategy, definition to execution, validation, and future iterations.
Produce high-quality work from research, user flows, and interactive prototypes to pixel-perfect designs with delightful interactions.
Empathize with the user and act as an advocate for user experience.
