Requirements

2+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping methodologies
Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces across web and mobile platforms
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and refine product requirements
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business goals
Present and advocate for design solutions to cross-functional teams
