About The Position

At Worktrace AI, our mission is to eliminate the AI divide. Frontier AI labs are developing AI that can free people to focus on meaningful, high-impact work—yet most teams don’t know where to start and are being left behind. We’re building AI that helps teams uncover their best automation opportunities and build those automations. We are hiring a Product Designer to help bring Worktrace AI’s product vision to life. As an early member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform, from core product workflows to external brand touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about designing products for enterprise users, enjoys working across product, web and brand, and wants to define how businesses adopt AI. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, research, and leadership to design AI-first, complex experiences.

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience
A track record of designing enterprise tools, dashboards, or automation platforms
Thrive in fast-paced environments and rapid iteration
Are excited about AI and its potential to transform how people work

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user flows and interfaces of the Worktrace product
Design enterprise dashboards and interfaces for building and running automations
Design and maintain worktrace.ai to be clear, compelling, and actionable
Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all external touchpoints
