Product Designer
About The Position
Santé is seeking a world-class Product Designer to be their first product design hire. This role involves creating intuitive interfaces for both desktop and mobile across a vast product, with designs often going into production the next day. The designer will work on various aspects of the platform, including checkout, reports, settings, mobile app, onboarding, eCommerce, and AI flows. They will also contribute to building design guidelines in Figma and code, and transforming existing designs into delightful user experiences. The ideal candidate possesses strong aesthetic sense, an intuition for user behavior, and the ability to push their ideas while remaining open to iteration. Santé aims to build a generational company by empowering local retailers with advanced technology.
Requirements

- Have experience designing and building your own ideas
- Can prototype with Codex, Claude Code, Conductor, etc. and Figma
Responsibilities
- Listen to customers and internalize their root problem, figuring out what they’re actually trying to do
- Design intuitive, simple, and delightful interfaces that solve the root problems
- Explore new ways customers will work alongside AI agents
- Prototype desktop and mobile designs with Claude/Codex and Figma
- Collaborate directly with engineering to determine scope for all user-facing work
- Build our design guidelines
- Define a cohesive visual identity across our product as well as GTM assets
