• Fluent with AI tools and workflows; actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work and is excited to design AI-first experiences.
• Strong in craft and taste; visual quality, interaction design, and polish matter deeply.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and speed; can navigate unclear problems, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Designing core product experiences from early concepts to shipped features
• Defining and evolving Plot’s design patterns, systems, and practices
• Raising the bar for visual craft, interaction quality, and polish
• Partnering closely with engineers to ship thoughtful, high-quality work
• Talking directly to customers – joining calls, observing workflows, and translating needs into product decisions
• Prototyping quickly to explore ideas, test assumptions, and make things real
• Occasionally helping tell the story through decks, docs, or visuals
