Savvy Wealth is revolutionizing the wealth management industry, which is currently archaic and inefficient with low technology penetration. We are building the most advisor-centric platform in wealth management, a digital-first solution that modernizes human financial advice. Our platform offers advisors AI-powered software, automated sales and marketing, and seamless back-office workflows to help them scale faster and dedicate more time to clients. We have achieved strong product-market fit, surpassing $5.1 billion in AUM in under three years and experiencing over 600% growth in the last 18 months. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced B2C startup environment.
  • Experience designing complex systems working shoulder-to-shoulder with other teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and can prioritize tasks effectively with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interaction design or brand skills
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to absorb and distill complexity and drive decision-making.
  • Experience backing work with research to translate insights into product decisions
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are a naturally curious, proactive self-starter who is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and solutions.
  • Excited about integrating AI tools into your design workflow and building AI-powered product experiences
  • Team player who’s invested in shaping the future of wealth management

Responsibilities

  • Design complex end-to-end experiences
  • Partner with Senior Product Designers and Product Management and own major initiatives from research and discovery through high-fidelity execution and launch
  • Design across multiple user types (advisors, clients, operations) and ensure solutions account for downstream workflows and service realities.
  • Optimize for the service, not just the surface — designing with operational clarity, advisor workflows, and client communication in mind.
  • Bring human signals into the product
  • Design high-trust experiences for sensitive financial moments such as onboarding, account transfers, and money movement.
  • Apply and evolve design patterns thoughtfully
  • Leverage Savvy’s design system and established interaction patterns to create cohesive experiences.
  • Actively incorporate AI tools into your workflow to accelerate exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, and iteration.
  • Conduct user research with financial advisors and internal stakeholders using appropriate methods (i.e user interviews, surveys, card sorting, etc).
  • Translate research insights into clear product recommendations and design decisions.
  • Contribute to a culture of thoughtful critique, high standards, and low ego collaboration.
  • Provide constructive feedback to peers and cross-functional partners, helping maintain a strong culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Model curiosity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
