About The Position

Solstice is building the industry’s leading AI platform for generating compliant life sciences marketing content. We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our founding team and help shape the end-to-end experience for our customers. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys deeply understanding users, and wants to own product design from concept through launch. Requirements

Strong product design fundamentals
Experience designing complex digital products, ideally in B2B, enterprise, or regulated environments.
User-obsessed mindset: You deeply care about user needs and advocate for simplicity.
Systems thinker: You enjoy designing scalable patterns, not just one-off screens.
Comfort with ambiguity: You can turn ambigious problems into clear, thoughtful design solutions without extensive direction.
Strong collaboration & communication: You work seamlessly with engineers, founders, and stakeholders, and welcome direct feedback.

Responsibilities

Owning the end-to-end design of core product workflows, from early concepts and user research to high-fidelity designs and shipped experiences
Designing intuitive, elegant interfaces for complex AI-driven and compliance-heavy workflows
Defining and evolving Solstice’s design system, interaction patterns, and visual identity
Partnering closely with product engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and polish
Translating customer feedback and data into thoughtful product improvements
Designing for trust, clarity, and usability in a highly regulated enterprise environment
