About The Position

We are looking for a Product Designer to work on the design of our financial products and the visual demands that surround them. alt.bank is going through a new phase and now offers the complete Credit as a Service (CaaS) cycle for fintechs, issuers, and retailers. At the same time, it has operated its own portfolio since 2018, through the novücard brand, which currently has 87,000 active customers and functions as a living laboratory for our technology. We serve multiple brands and partners, which makes the design work quite varied and dynamic. This is a position for someone who likes to be a true generalist, moving between designing an app screen and creating a website. If you prefer not to be limited to a single type of delivery and want autonomy to lead the problem from end to end, from briefing to solution, this could be a great opportunity. We work with lean teams and strong AI support. Therefore, we expect AI to be used as an accelerator to expand delivery capacity without compromising quality. The dynamic is simple: you receive a problem and lead the visual solution with autonomy, without depending on someone to execute each step together. The position will be integrated into the Product cell, in constant collaboration with development, engagement, and other stakeholders. As we work 100% remotely, it is important to have good communication, the ability to align expectations and demands with different people, and autonomy to organize your own time and ensure deliveries within deadlines.

Requirements

Experience with digital product design (app/mobile), from problem definition to handover.
Proficiency in Figma, including working with design systems (components, variables, modes).
Proven generalist profile: comfortable transitioning between product UI, web, and visual assets.
Fluent use of AI in the design workflow (image generation, options, video production support).
Autonomy to solve problems from a defined issue, without needing step-by-step direction.
Good communication and self-management skills to work in a 100% remote team.
Online portfolio demonstrating your skills.

Responsibilities

Design app screens and flows, including onboarding, journeys, and product screens, based on defined problems and objectives.
Refine solutions in Figma until handover to development, including components, states, scenarios, and specifications.
Maintain and evolve the Design System, including variables and modes per app and brand, considering the B2B and white-label environment.
Adapt the Design System and screens for each new co-branded client, considering visual identity, specific needs, and potential flow adjustments.
Produce short videos for in-app experiences, from AI generation to editing and finalization.
Create layouts for in-app communications that accompany different journeys.
Design website pages and landing pages.
Create occasional marketing pieces and assets for app stores.
