About The Position

Paraglide is hiring a product designer with exceptional UI and interaction craft to help build an AI product for finance teams. The role is based in Malmö and involves working closely with engineers and the Co-founder, as part of a design team spanning the company’s London and Malmö offices.

Paraglide builds AI agents that handle finance workflows such as answering billing questions, chasing payments, resolving disputes, and matching cash. The product aims to make working with AI agents clear and trustworthy by making their reasoning, confidence, and intended actions visible to users.

The designer will own the product’s visual interface and interaction details, develop patterns for reviewing and correcting AI work, prototype and iterate using AI tools, and help shape the design system alongside the founding designer. The position reports to the founding designer, who is based in London.

Requirements

• Strong visual and interaction design craft, demonstrated in a portfolio of shipped work.
• Care for detail, including alignment, typography, loading states, and empty states.
• Comfort prototyping in or close to code and working closely with engineers.
• Ability to make complex workflows simple.
• High standards for personal work and the pace to match.

Nice To Haves

• Two to three or more years of product design experience, ideally in a startup.
• Experience with AI products, B2B SaaS, or data-heavy tools.
• Motion design skills.
• Interest in fintech or finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product UI, including typography, colour, layout, spacing, states, and finish.
• Design micro-interactions, motion, and feedback that make the product feel responsive and beautiful.
• Develop interaction patterns for reviewing, approving, and correcting AI work.
• Use AI tools to prototype and iterate quickly.
• Help shape the design system with the founding designer.
• Work closely with engineering and the Co-founder day to day.
