Join Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI), one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies, on a journey to build the most loved restaurant brands. In this role, you will lead the design of digital products and experiences, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes. You will drive product design initiatives from discovery through implementation, leveraging user research, analytics, experimentation, and modern design practices to create impactful solutions. As a member of the team, you will influence product direction, elevate the quality of our design craft, and help scale the systems, standards, and practices that enable great product experiences across the organization. You will be expected to balance customer needs, business objectives, operational realities, and technical constraints while advocating for exceptional user experiences. RBI follows a 5-day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.
