About The Position

Zensar is seeking a Senior Product Designer (In Charlotte, North Carolina - 3 days Hybrid role) with deep expertise in designing complex, enterprise-level or SaaS systems. This is not a marketing/website/app designer role—we are looking for someone who has built system-level workflows, multi-user platforms, role-based enterprise experiences, and data-rich interfaces. To be considered, candidates must submit a case study, portfolio, and CV that clearly demonstrate experience with complex product ecosystems.

Requirements

Excellent judgment in design tradeoffs
High critical thinking and systems‑level reasoning
Thought leadership and ability to influence peers and stakeholders
Clear articulation of design rationale, including for non‑design audiences
Product sense + excellent visual/UI taste
Systemic thinking and understanding of how product components scale
Ability to contribute to early platform vision, not just feature design
AI‑Enhanced Design Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
AI is a key part of how we ideate and communicate in our team. Designers Team regularly use AI to accelerate exploration, generate concepts, and drive conversations across the organization.
You must have hands‑on experience with:
Figma Make, Lovable, or other AI‑accelerated design tools
Using AI to rapidly create UI variants, prototypes, or conceptual directions
Leveraging AI to improve design efficiency and stakeholder alignment
We’re specifically looking for designers with experience in:
Multi‑role or multi‑tenant platforms
Complex workflows with high user variability
Admin dashboards, control panels, operations tools, or mission‑critical systems
Data visualization, configurable modules, or system‑level product architecture
Large‑scale SaaS platforms, particularly those with evolving or mature design systems
Enterprise & SaaS Product Experience (Non‑Negotiable)
We are specifically looking for designers who have built true enterprise systems, such as:
Multi‑role or multi‑tenant platforms
Complex workflows with high user variability
Admin dashboards, control panels, operations tools, and mission-critical systems
Data visualization, configurable modules, or system-level architecture
