About The Position

TP-LINK Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings that complement our Home Networking and Smart Home product ecosystem. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business impact — driving innovative subscription services and connected software experiences that enhance how customers connect, automate, and manage their smart homes and networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on SaaS or cloud-based products.
  • Proven track record of driving product growth and customer adoption in a subscription-based business model.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data-driven product development.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.

  • Experience in networking, IoT, or consumer electronics ecosystems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the SaaS product roadmap aligned with TP-LINK’s strategic vision for connected devices and digital services.
  • Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into clear product requirements and success metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including hardware, cloud engineering, and UX—to ensure seamless integration between SaaS platforms and TP-LINK devices.
  • Drive the full product development lifecycle—from concept and design through delivery and iteration—ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, and project management to define priorities, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of product milestones.
  • Identify risks and proactively remove roadblocks to maintain development velocity.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to define pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for subscription products.
  • Develop metrics to measure product performance and adoption, leveraging analytics to guide data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Champion the customer experience, ensuring that our SaaS products deliver measurable value and long-term engagement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products—from initial launch through feature expansion and optimization.
  • Continuously evaluate market feedback and platform performance to refine the roadmap and maintain product-market fit.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to monitor subscription health, churn, and renewal rates.
