Requirements

3–5+ years of SaaS product management experience
Strong ability to write clear product requirements and user stories
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing usage and revenue metrics
Experience in SMB-focused SaaS is a plus
Marketplace, CRM, field service, or inventory systems experience is highly valued
Marine industry experience is a bonus (not required)

Responsibilities

Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements
Define and prioritize roadmap initiatives across Boatyard Service and Boatyard Sales
Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact features
Conduct customer interviews and market research within the marine industry
Analyze product performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
Improve onboarding, retention, and revenue-driving features
Help shape long-term product strategy as we scale
