We're looking for a product designer to shape the core experience of Freed's products. You'll work across our clinical and operational surfaces, designing for workflows that are complex, high-stakes, and deeply personal to our users. The right person doesn't just produce artifacts. You think structurally about problems, articulate the reasoning behind your decisions, and collaborate well in a fast-moving, opinionated environment. This is a hands-on role. You'll be designing, prototyping, and iterating directly, not managing other designers.
