The Product and Design Team is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Design Producer to lead, manage, and deliver Find My design initiatives. The Design Producer plays a big part in upholding these values and driving innovation and creativity though our design work and is an advocate for the user experience. The Find My team is dedicated to building a seamless, private, and secure experience for users to locate their devices, personal items, and share location with friends and family. The Find My team is a group of highly motivated engineers, designers, and product managers who are passionate about creating a simple and reliable experience for hundreds of millions of users worldwide. Our team thrives in a fast paced environment where team members are often encouraged to wear multiple hats and contribute to various aspects of the product lifecycle. Requirements

• 8+ years as a Design Program Manager or Design Producer in software product design, leading and driving consumer facing design initiatives.
• Experienced in consumer software development throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Thorough understanding of UX/UI ideation, execution, and product design delivery processes as well as desktop and native mobile design best practices.
• Prior experience at a consumer technology company shipping features to a large-scale user base (100M+ users).
• Thorough understanding of integrating Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, Business, Marketing, and other Stakeholder teams to clarify project requirements, define product strategy, design goals, as well as execution and delivery processes.
• Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently, performing multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
• Strong systems and strategic thinker.
• Natural collaborator, strong communicator.
• Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles.
• Thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous and deadline driven environment.
• Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and deliver Find My design initiatives.
• Drive priorities through seamless day-to-day operations and strong stakeholder alignment, with an eye towards scale, efficiency, and quality.
• Clarify project requirements, define design strategy and goals.
• Lead and facilitate design reviews with an eye towards quality.
• Represent design in cross-functional forums to ensure high quality launch of the final feature.
• Work closely with many other cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Business, Senior Management and other stakeholder teams.
• Deal with solving the “how” freeing up your team to focus on crafting the “what”.
• Develop and present design ideas in a large team environment.
• Connect dots across work streams, anticipate how decisions are made, and work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders.
