In this role, you will lead a team of Find My individual contributor experts, developing team strategy, innovative approaches and solutions to solve challenging problems to achieve communicated performance metrics and targets. You’ll build relationships across Apple, drive new team capabilities, and ensure flawless execution. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external leaders to create plans and programs that scale and drive amazing outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or general management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role leading multi-disciplinary teams, with a track record of balancing short-term delivery against building sustainable, long-term value.
• Proven experience directly managing and developing managers or team leads/individual contributors, including hiring, performance management, and career development responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments where you had to adapt strategy in real time.
• Experience prioritizing and reallocating resources across competing initiatives under time pressure, with specific examples of trade-off decisions you've made and their outcomes
• Hands-on experience implementing and running operating cadences, metrics, and review processes to track team performance against goals.
• Track record of anticipating organizational shifts and proactively adjusting plans ahead of them, rather than reacting after the fact.
• Experience conducting competitive and market analysis that directly informed strategic decisions, with specific examples.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams or departments (e.g., engineering, product, design, marketing) without direct authority over all contributors, and successfully driving them to completion.
• Experience building relationships and gathering input across a wide network of internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to inform decision-making.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers, both within your own organization and in partner or external organizations, without formal authority over them.

• Experience navigating cross-organizational dependencies at a large, matrixed company, with specific examples of how you identified and managed interdependencies to keep initiatives on track.
• Experience adapting quickly to shifting or unique stakeholder requirements, with specific examples of building influence and alignment across internal and external groups with competing priorities.
• Experience mediating disputes or negotiations between stakeholders and driving resolution with minimal escalation, including examples where you made a difficult call under pressure.

• Experience conducting user or stakeholder research (e.g., interviews, surveys, feedback sessions) to directly inform product, program, or business decisions.
• Track record of exceeding measurable goals or targets in a prior role, with specific metrics where possible.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and aligning senior stakeholders or executives on complex or ambiguous initiatives.
• Experience prioritizing effectively under competing deadlines and ambiguity, with examples of seeing an initiative through despite setbacks or resistance.
• Experience coaching or mentoring team members toward individual goals, with examples of measurable growth or promotion outcomes.
• Experience developing a new strategy or approach from scratch, using structured analysis to identify what to cut and what to prioritize, with a specific example of a strategy you shaped.
