You will work in partnership with a product leader on a team with diverse skills and talents, delivering new and evolving products and services. We are looking for a Product Delivery Sr. Manager, who will blend deep knowledge of Product Management and Business Analysis skills, with the ability to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle with a passion for empathizing with customers, defining the problem statement, generating solution ideas, collaborating, and seeing products come to life! There are three primary principles of being a phenomenal Product Delivery Sr. Manager in Product Solutions: Strategy: Understanding the problem or the why and aligning it to the mission Execution: This is where and how the work gets done Business Readiness: How do you drive your product to launch and support after launch

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Typically, > 5 years of experience working within a product management team focused on delivery, technology, and software development
  • Must possess good analytical abilities and technical aptitude
  • Bring a voice of influence and impact to the agile team and interdependent teams by understanding the vision of the agile team and highlighting multiple touch points to collaborate across teams and move towards the business goal with strong communication and navigating through complex capabilities
  • Be proficient at all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s in business and or relevant technology leadership focus is significantly beneficial
