About The Position

You will build and run the essential operating system that enables Compliance & Risks to deliver and launch complex, cross-functional product initiatives with maximum clarity, speed, and accountability. As the Product Delivery & Operations Lead, your success will be measured by complex initiatives having clear scope, dedicated owners, dependencies, milestones, and articulated risks; product launches achieving operational readiness across Product, Engineering, GTM, Support, and onboarding functions; faster decision-making and earlier surfacing of blockers; delivery metrics providing predictive, early warnings instead of just post hoc reporting; and post-launch learning systematically feeding back into the roadmap, processes, and organizational design. You will own the operating rhythms for major initiatives, running program management for the most important cross-functional bets, such as new product rollouts and major platform transitions.

Requirements

  • Strong technical fluency, though not necessarily a former hands-on engineer.
  • Proven experience running complex SaaS product launches, new product introductions, or platform transitions.
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Operations or Product Enablement
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • Agile, Scrum, or project/program management certifications, such as: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMP (Project Management Professional), SAFe certification, AgilePM
  • Demonstrated ability to build delivery systems from the ground up, not just participate in existing ones.
  • Early and aggressive adopter of agentic AI such as Claude Code, Cowork, and Codex.
  • Comfortable operating within ambiguous, cross-functional programs.
  • A capacity to work from strategy down to daily cadence.
  • Exceptional skills in creating clarity, ownership, and transparency.
  • Good judgment for determining what needs organizational rigor versus what needs speed.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Program Manager from a product company.
  • Product Ops leader with strong engineering fluency.
  • Delivery lead from a startup scale-up who has launched net-new products.
  • Former PM / Engineering ops hybrid with proven cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the operating rhythm for complex product delivery, including quarterly/mid-quarter planning, initiative kickoff, scope/change control, and post-launch reviews (30/60/90 day).
  • Create and standardize a consistent initiative framework for scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication across Product and Engineering.
  • Establish dashboards and metrics to improve predictability and expose risk early.
  • Reduce the amount of delivery and project management overhead currently being absorbed by Product Managers and functional leads.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design/UX, GTM, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Tech Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
  • Ensure that "ready to ship" means the organization is fully prepared, including defined pricing, positioning, onboarding, support workflows, internal team knowledge of changes, and live customer feedback loops.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to ensure launch readiness and successful adoption.
  • Force clear owners and due dates for critical decisions.
  • Escalate blocked decisions early and keep leaders aligned when priorities shift.
  • Own whether the organization is operationally ready for launch and whether the product was actually absorbed—tracking beta goals, identifying onboarding friction, and triaging post-launch issues.
