About The Position

UVS Games is looking for a detail-oriented product data manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience working with product data maintaining its accuracy, both in systems and on physical packaging. The role will not only create and manage the data but will be a part of the team that sets up a new ERP system to improve the process. ABOUT UVS GAMES We are a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes. Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends trading card game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. We are looking for builders, people ready to disrupt the TCG market with creativity, agility, and precision. We don't just sell games; we build ecosystems where players and fans thrive.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data management role or equivalent education.
Experience with new ERP implementations related to item data.
Experience with critical information checks to determine accuracy.
Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Sheets and Excel
Based in the greater Seattle, WA area is a requirement

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the tabletop games industry.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP product data module set up.
Create SKUs and load associated data for all UVS Games products.
Manage and update the dynamic data for all UVS Games SKUs including weights, dimensions and pack out information.
Confirm accuracy of the SKU data on all products and packaging including information such as the barcodes and country of origin.
Maintain and provide regulatory product data information such as product packaging component material and weights.
