Creation Technologies is seeking a Product Data Management (PDM) Coordinator I to support the accuracy and integrity of product data across our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related systems. This entry-level role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality product data through hands-on data entry, verification, and basic configuration management, while partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization. This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must reside within a commutable distance of any Creation Technologies U.S. site to support occasional on-site collaboration as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, vocational/technical schooling, or relevant technical certifications.
  • 1–3 years of experience in electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Basic understanding of configuration management and BOM structuring, with introductory knowledge of customer data requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and comparison.
  • Basic familiarity with PLM, document management systems, and/or similar data management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and escalate complex issues.
  • Effective communication skills with comfort in inter-team collaboration.
  • Basic familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Oracle, ABAS, Epicor preferred).
  • Basic familiarity with technical documentation such as engineering drawings, engineering specifications documents.
  • US Citizen or lawful permanent resident or a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer data administration by uploading and maintaining Approved Manufacturer Lists (AML), Bills of Materials (BOM), and simple Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to ensure accuracy in PLM systems.
  • Perform basic data inspections and comparisons to identify and escalate data integrity issues.
  • Assist senior team members with troubleshooting and training by preparing accurate input data and verifying outputs.
  • Maintain document filing and organization within PLM to ensure clarity and accessibility of records.
  • Communicate with requestors to resolve basic issues related to minimum requirements and data accuracy.
