The TMW Center for Early Learning + Public Health is an interdisciplinary research institute at the University of Chicago that advances a novel public health approach to prevent early cognitive disparities and achieve impact at scale. Our mission is to create a national shift in the knowledge and behavior of parents and caregivers that leads to optimal foundational brain development in all children during the first five years of life. In pursuit of this mission, we translate the latest brain science into tools and strategies that help parents, organizations, and communities, meet the developmental needs of children. The TMW Center seeks a qualified Data Management Coordinator to support a variety of research, data management tasks, and project coordination work related to the Survey of Parent/Provider Expectations and Knowledge (SPEAK), as well as data from other research studies conducted across the Center. As we build a robust data management system for the Center, we envision this role supporting those efforts.
