The Product Development Coordinator provides hands-on operational and logistical support to the Product Development team. This role ensures the physical infrastructure of product development runs smoothly — PLM/ WFX Tech Pack execution, Communication with overseas agents and vendors, managing sample libraries, coordinating sample shipments, maintaining showroom readiness, and keeping reference materials organized and current. The Coordinator enables PDs and GMs to focus on product strategy and execution by owning the day-to-day logistics that keep the development process moving on schedule. The Coordinator may support multiple PDs across categories and will manage competing priorities across seasons, brands, and accounts simultaneously. Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
