Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and simple calculations.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential for entering, tracking, and analyzing product data.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Skillfully operate heavy equipment such as yard dogs and Gantry cranes to move and store pre-cast pieces efficiently.
• Perform thorough daily pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including consistently wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe operating procedures.
• Manage the movement and storage of pre-cast pieces, ensuring all pieces are accurately placed in their designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents or near misses to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
