The Scaled Communications and Escalations (SCE) organization provides support to all YouTube users – viewers, paid users and subscribers, creators, artists and media companies globally, through scaled experiences. SCE is responsible for providing support to all YouTube users through a variety of scaled support platforms across the Help Center, YouTube Help Channels, and Social. The Product Content Manager is the comms expert and portfolio owner responsible for creating YouTube’s external support content for all users and creators. In this role, you will create and deliver scaled help content across multiple format types (written, video, and graphics) for go-to-market product launches and continuous improvement projects. You’ll partner with the Operations arm of the team to pilot, improve, and implement AI-first content solutions, and will collaborate with broad Go-To-Market (GTM) and Support User Journey (SUJ) working groups for your designated product areas. Your focus on content quality, accuracy, and output will help educate our users and creators at tremendous scale.
